hahaha this is actually pretty cool way of running things. not only does it show a position of authority (the Ref), but also it shows the kid that he/she done something wrong and the whole class looks down on them with the response of things like "ha you got a yellow card" or whatever.. just highlighting directly or indirectly that they have a yellow card (done something wrong)
Im still in school and everyday people in my class get them and one kid gets a red card in the same class everyday and the funny thing is its because the teacher hates him and she admitted it
