I was actually at the performanc that she talks about her shoe getting stuck in the stage (around 8:55 in the video). I was sitting front row of the mezz and you could TOTALLY see all those things going through her mind. She did a great job of covering it up though and we (my friend & I) talked to her about it at the stage door after. :)
