Guys, I'm going to settle this now. For the first movie, they wrote the music before the casted the parts. All the songs were written for a tenor range and Zac has a baritone voice. So, Drew Seeley had to sing all the songs in the first movie. Sure, Zac sings a few lines, but that's it.

In the SECOND and THIRD movie, it's all Zac. The song writers wrote songs that fit his range more.
