@razehey your thinking of the "at the flywheel" figure, the at the wheels measurement is always less due to losses from the driveline.

@razehey drivetrain loss for a manual is between 10-15%, for auto;s it is higher, so when the manufacturers say 350 horsepower thats a figure that they've gotten most likely from an engine dyno...which are very rare, only manufacturers have them mostly, not many performance shops come with an engine dyno.
