Very cute Mary! My husband gets cluster migraines and they tracked his diet and it was because of him eating pork. So he has stopped eating pork and doesn't get them anymore. I hope they figure out what is wrong and glad to see you back!

I know sometimes I get them really bad or start feeling dizzy and I was told that sodium needed to be cut out and also certain types of foods and maybe light sensitivity. Sorry to hear about your migraines. About 3 years ago I used to get migraines every single day and they would last all day and I would have to go lay down. I couldn't take the light and loud noise. I discovered I was allergic to many things that would trigger my migraines. Hot dogs, macaroni and cheese (box), milk chocolate, MSG (Monsodium Glutamate) - this is in so many foods. Boxed meals such as hamburger helper, etc. I have to make freshly prepared meals. It has helped tremendously.
Thanks so much for commenting! I used to get noise and light sensitivity badly after I had a miscarriage in 1995, I still am but not as bad as then. I used to have to stay in a dark room, it was so bad! Yes MSG, I had to cut out years ago, cuz I will swell so badly if I ate anything with that in it and my heart will 'race'. OMG....you have been MIA:-( When I saw your name under my subscriptions I was like..."OMG where has she been." Thank sucks that you have been having those migraines but I hope that soon you will stop getting them. I am loving the hair style. Girl that band side curl that you did was fierce...I loved it. Girl you had me dying laughing with that flat iron...lol. That had looks like something I would see at my grandmothers house but it gives some nice curls. I loveeeeeee the look:-)

LOL! I know right?! LOL! I don't know where My daughter put my ceramic iron! LOL! She's been doing stuff with her hair lately and using it and now I can't find it! Haha! Did you hear it snapping and making noise while I was trying to talk! LOL! I curled it while talking to kill time, didn't want to do 2 parts. LOL!
