Yeah 3 cells might be pushing the limit, 2 cells is better so it won't strip the diff. They are sure fun to bash around. Diff gears are difficult to find replacement now, but you could probably just lock (glue) the rear spider gears and I bet that will make it wheelies again. Thx for sharing the fun video.
The Minizilla isn't design to take kind of power. Besides the rear diff, the center diff doesn't use slipper clutch like other rc, but rather a small spring press on "clicker" with some plastic teeth. If you use 4 cells, you'll probably going to strip that clicker in 5 minutes. Even if you glue that too, the center diff box is plastic & that's the next thing to blow. If you want to build a speed demon, you should look into a RC18, or a traxxas 1/16, those can handle higher torque.

Spider gears are those little 4 small gears inside the diff. Once you open the diff case, you will see them.
