Skyrim Halo Sword

I found the error..

I did'nt put

the bEnableLoader = 1 in the .ini for launcher so I could'nt enable the ESP's

If anyone needs help with this problem message me I can make a video showing you how to work it.

What skill do you need to make it?

whenever I go to the blacksmith(I have the steel smithing)that sword does'nt pop up and I installed it with Nexus Mod Manager.
