  • That's one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen in my life- I LOVE IT!

  • Yes He is Genius not only clarinet Player he

Open something new in musical world ,people look at the world now, mashines, racets, wars, fighting this is the true story about now ,but he find the way to show everything ...Somtimes his dance look like with Michael Jackson...Maybe he like him...

  • So, he's staging a play, not a music......

But still he's genius. As a genius myself, I gurantee that he's a truly talented player.

  • 5:00 to 6:00 multiphonics????

  • Chuck Norris plays clarinet!

  • 7:11 clari-gasm 8:15-end = pure genius

  • He is not a musician,Cloun!!!!!!!

    Clarinetist - MATE BEKAVAC,ALESANDRO CARBONARE,WOLFGANG MEYER!!!!!!!!!

  • This is the most enthralling and impacting performance I have ever witnessed.

  • Frost confuses me sometimes. Yet he still is a wonderful performer.

  • just saw this guy live in newcastle - incredible.

  • Where could I find sheet music for this???

  • this is amazing. this is the music that is being played when squidward travels in time and breaks the time machine!

    (mind of a fifth grader)

  • @Clarinet159 AWESOME!

  • :O si yeah...!!! que nivel el de ese man yo voy a llegar a tocar como si...!!! :D

  • @MarkozCore hechale ganas amigo! llo tambien quiciera tocar como este :)

  • °ç°

This man is the Micheal Jackson of the clarinet...

  • martin frost is crazy....xD

  • Hillborg should be ashamed of himself having stolen from Puccini!!! :-p

  • @clairannette well it isnt stolen... there exists a lot of borrowed themes in different pieces of great music... tchaikovsky used the russian national anthem in his famous 1812 overture and the marche slave, britten used a theme of purcell for his variation in young person's guide for orchestra... no one should be ashamed

  • Silly.

  • nice thats a buffet t Tosca clarinet by the way really good job love the song a lot.

  • oooooooooffff wooooooooooooooow

  • He is SO scary.

  • Definitely heard a Puccini, Tosca Act III clarinet solo quote in there! HOT.

God damn he is the best. He is the best clarinetist alive. I'm sorry, but if you disagree, you don't have ears.

  • @wolfman918 Sabine Meyer? Ricardo Morales? Paul Meyer? To name a few... it is impossible to say that there is a "best" clarinetist alive.

  • Where'd you hear the Puccini? I listened I probably just missed it lol great solo though, played it in college

  • @SilentSymphony15 Listen at 3:26 Here is the beginning of famous solo "e lucevan le stelle" from "Tosca" by Puccini. Bye.

  • Wow I don't know how I missed that haha thanks!

  • @topolinik oh geeze... I spoke too "late". Someone else noticed I guess...

  • I wonder what mouthpiece he uses?? lol. I love him. GO CLARINETS!! :D

  • Chadash-Hill

  • well, he is also an actor...

  • That is the way that the piece was written...

  • this is beyond amazing! the way he performs without one single flaw. if you are a clarinet player let him become your role model!!! he is amazing!

  • I think I'd rather let Larry Combs, Stanley Drucker, Ricardo Morales or even Sabine Meyer be a role model for myself as a clarinetist..

  • Larry Combs... you're seriously going to say Larry Combs comes anywhere near Frost.... okay good luck with that.

  • To the 30 year old who posts videos on YouTube of him doing a front flip, yeah I think that I will argue that Larry Combs comes near Martin Frost in terms of playing clarinet.

  • does anybody know where i can purchase a full audio or even better woukd be a video recording of this song?

  • I can't stop listening to it! Fantastic

  • 3:26-3:36 is the clarinet solo from the third act of Puccini's Tosca ... interesting. Is that part of the concerto or did he just put that in an improvisation?

  • That's what I thought...I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed!

  • Very very nice!

  • This is the roof for the clarinet playing in this era of human kind...

  • other that the part where he puts his clarinet in mortal danger on several occasions, i thoroughly enjoyed this amazing performance.....now let's see....if i practice for about 10 hours a day.......for 3 lifetimes....i think i might be about a tenth as good....and yes, ignore my screen name.....he's the supreme clarinetist....

  • haha, perhaps if you study 13 hours you could save up one life...

have you noticed the way he plays the "echo"? awesome and inspiring

  • yes, too much for my taste too =)

  • AWESOME

  • stai un pèo esurito

  • OOOOOOO!! :O

i'll never learn to play like that!!

  • Sweet... Martin in Pumas!

  • does no one else think the dancing around after a while is kinda annoying

I mean I'll give to to Frost, he is seriuosly awsome, and he can make as though there is an entire orchestra in hands but.....the dancing around is kinda annoying

WOW!I just heard the part where he has two lines of musis nearly-5:01- wow... as a clarinettist THAT is hard.Nigh on immposible

  • The secret is in the circular breathing, which is by no means anywhere close to impossible. lol...

  • I heard it's really hard to circular breathe? on the clarinet compared to say, the trumpet.

  • The hardest thing is getting over the mentality that it is impossible and daring to try it and perfect it. The technique and the feeling is different from on the trumpet, of course, but circular breathing is learnable in less than a week. It's not as hard as you would think.

  • You´ve got that right,I learned to do it in 2 hours..But I´m still perfecting it. You just have to figure it out:) then you can stream to perfection:)

  • Really, you became the next Martin Frost in two hours?

  • Gosh, many students can do circular breathing,it´s not that imposible, even if YOU can´t do it. SARCAZEM doesn´t bring any good,dude..;)

    byebye

  • You should follow the subject more closely,if you start to contredict. ciao

  • best

  • Someday I´m going to learn to play the clarinet as he does =) He´s amazing! =)

  • well then you better start right now, and like, never stop ;)

  • Amazing performance, this has given my inspiration!

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!

  • interesting!

  • WOW! How can be like him?. GREAT!!!

  • fantastic

  • This guy is FUCKED... My god... lol, but this is awesome... wow...

  • Amazing...what a performer and I love the music. Frost = future of music!

  • This is amazing, Frost is such a great performer! Thanks for uploading this video Clariperu.
