There are way too many inconsistencies and random facts to this case, and way too many missing facts to reach any sort of final conclusion. Guede was definitely involved. His DNA was found on Kercher. Then there is the knife with Meredith's DNA on the blade, and Amanda's DNA on the handle found bleached at Amanda's boyfriend's apartment. I think Amanda's boyfriend and Guede were involved in Meredith's murder, and Amanda tried to protect her boyfriend by lying for him.

Let's just for one moment imagine these 'experts' AREN'T subsequently crushed by the far more experienced DNA experts (Dr Patrizia Stefanoni, Professor Francesca Torricelli, Professor Giuseppe Novelli and Dr Emiliano Giardina) who stand by the current findings, that still leaves 99.5% of the landslide of evidence against the pair remaining.

Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. There are way too many inconsistencies and random facts to this case, and way too many missing facts to reach any sort of final conclusion. Guede was definitely involved. His DNA was found on Kercher. Then there is the knife with Meredith's DNA on the blade, and Amanda's DNA on the handle found bleached at Amanda's boyfriend's apartment. I think Amanda's boyfriend and Guede were involved in Meredith's murder, and Amanda tried to protect her boyfriend by lying for him.

If I was them, I think I'd realise that the only possible shred of redemption I could find would be admitting my guilt.

Four years later, the husband was found in his car in a river. It was a car accident.

I wonder why they initially arrested Patrick? Perhaps it was because he was Knox`s employer and they were seen on the night of the murder together? It must have been a dreadful situation to be blamed for murder and to have nothing to do with it.

Here's a dumb question: What kind of sex game involves slitting someone's throat? That's a very Charles Manson kind of theory. From what evidence I have seen of this case (which is not much) it suggest that the attacker was a visitor to the home but not a resident.

A lot of people admit to crimes they didn't commit, including murder.
If there was indisputable proof she wasn't the murderer - I'm not sure what that could be, maybe more advanced DNA analysis - then yeah, I'd have a heart, and apologize for all the negative things I've said about her. I don't think that's gonna happen, though.
And, she's lucky she was in Italy when it happened, and not the USA, because if she was back home, she may have got the death penalty. She'd be dead within 10 years.

I could not be a objective jury member as they look like player's who could be cast in "The Omen" sequel to me.
I would take one look and say they're guilty and I would think "guilty" until, without a doubt, proven otherwise. Now with the resulting verdict, I don't feel any injustice for them only, sadness for all the lives and potential futures lost. If they had "gotten off" I would have felt they are very, very lucky and would pray it was the last of their malicious games.
