@TheWattpader101 Ginger dies in the book... maybe if you read a dumbed-down picture book for five year olds then Ginger stays alive, but in the real book she does indeed die.

I've read Black Beauty countless times, most touching book I've ever read. This cartoon is exactly as I remember in the book! Amazing!

I hope that everyone who reads this understands that it's not Gingers fault that she ended up being bitter toward people in general. I’m not trying to sound too religious here, but her heart-wrenching tragedy shows what happens when we humans fail to fulfill the duty that God charged us with in the Garden of Eden. The duty of caring and providing for the creatures that we call our own.

I think that Black Beautu reminds me so much of Wilbur the pig, Because Wilbur was distraught when Charlotte the spider died, now Black Beauty was distraught when Ginger died.

This special made heavy use of so-called "library music", owned by production music libraries and licensed to customers for use in film, television, radio and other media, like how the music at 3:35 was also used for the CBS/Fox Video logo. I'd love to find MP3s of the library music used in this special whoever knows where they can be found.
