Well the voice of Mr. Floppy is Bobcat Goldthwait who is also the voice of Pain who happens to be in Disney's Hercules & This episode was made in September 7, 1997 & Disney's Hercules was made in June 27, 1997. And I totally agree what Mr. Floppy said in 1:05 (HERCULES RULES!!!!)
