The instruction says to touch him where ever you want to. If you shake him he won't make a sound but if you touch him, that's where he'll make those sounds. I like how mcdonald's made him say hey a couple of times before he says another phrase

I like the toy but because it says "Hey!" 9 out of 10 times and its not even Mike Myers voice perhaps it deserves a 3.5 or 4 out of 5 mud pies.
