I have caught halibut all my life-one thing that is true is that the big ones dont taste nearly as good as the smaller ones, so why not let them go? A fish like this will produce thousands off offspring so why not harvest the smaller ones that are not yet sexually mature? I know its easier said than done but we all need to take some responsibility when it comes to conservation. There's a lot of videos on here of taking big fish but not many of letting them go. I'm just saying.....
