I won't post a tutorial as these are super friggin' common. As was said, simply run water indirectly onto redstone and pour lava. However you automate it or whatever is all simple redstone currents.

@Xyrutano You Dont Need oen Really :/ Its Basicly Water That Runs Onto Redstone Dust + The Lava Goes Ontop Of It And Turns It Into Obsidian
