Then the parents contacted him after he died and they sent him the video of her dead. He felt awful so he just made this song for her. It's sweet that he did the song though. :)

it took me a while to Like "High high" when it came out but this song "Oh mom" I fell in love with it from the moment i heard a part of it at their world premier and while reading the lyrics and the reason for top to write it. OH man my heart Jumped when i heard TOP's voice when i listened to the full song! and seeing top singing it is sooo awesome!!!!! and people who were present their LIVE must have been going crazy! it wld have been some more awesome if Top dressed in Totally Rock style! :D

Again, for me TOP and GD are the most charismatic members of BigBang and I know what great live performances they both can achieve. But I kinda not thrilled by this one, even if i've been waiting for it... That all!

When I ear TURN IT UP I totally think that the T.O.P. solo album would knock spots off the GD Heartbreaker :-)!

@TreScotts1Fan Judging from the lyrics, I'd say that the title "Oh Mom" means that he's saying "Oh mom" as a prayer of sorts. In other words, "oh mom..please tell me what to do"

The lyrics do refer to someone in trouble, or sick, and TOP is really sad :( And he's asking someone (in this case, his mom) to help him through it.
