Interesting. We've been told by our government (with Boeing's apparent agreement) that when the front of an aircraft separates, as occurred with TWA Flight 800, that the plane would chimb until it stalled. If this simulation bares any truth, it contradicts the claims made by our government and Boeing regarding the fate of TWA 800.

Why does the landing gear come down?

@6666rock it may have been caused when the plane fell apert wires connecting to the landing gear moters touch each other causeing the landing gear to come down. or GHOST PLANE!

this one was not because structural failures

it was the maintenance mistake they didn't put every thing in place

Except it was a F/A-18 not an F-15

And it was caused by a SAM not structural failures
