@brandeezy108 yeah if you've got that level of athleticism and stamina, most people don't - that's why a coach would never tell you to bounce around. he'd tell you to distribute your weight evenly, pivot and step back moving your back foot first... just obvious technical things. manny does none of that 'naturally', it's certainly improved in recent times but it's not 'correct' - yes, it works but manny's an exception but for the average person it would be a waste of time.

@brandeezy108 i'll go one further, even when manny throws punches, at times both his feet will be off the canvas - that's completely wrong. you don't punch like that, an amateur wouldn't punch like that - but manny's quick enough to get away with his technical deficiencies... but you can't teach his style, nor can you mimic it. that's why opponents struggle finding adequate sparring to imitate manny, because nobody boxes like him and they can't - because they don't have the physical capabilities
