it is supposed to be easier than normal juggling. I do not know yet, but i ordered some Mr Babache Turbo Bounce Balls and will soon find out if it is true or not.
on hyperforce bounce all the throws go on the inside of the pattern, where as a normal force bounces throws are all on the outside. No u can't have a hyperlift bounce, it is (according to what I just said) all ready a hyperlift bounce, but just not called that.
I'd been wondering for a while what the hand movement was for some of those basic patterns. In a few more months I might actually do some of the 4 and 5 ball ones properly(in technique anyway).

Damn reverse juggling is cool. And sometimes it looks like he has 4 arms. This skill toy is not for me though. What do all the numbers mean anyway?
