I wanted Lavezzi for my Bayern Munchen squad but he was too expensive so I decided to bring Neymar (from Santos) and Nicolás Gaitán (from SL Benfica), both are doing great job :) and I'm already on years 2013/2014 on my 2nd year in Bayern Munchen (I started in Sporting CP in 2010/2011 and stayed there for 2 seasons and a half).

Your lack of possesion is due to the tactics, you are using a similar tactic to what Napoli plays irl, and they play with a counter-attacking tactic. I've seen you score alot on the counters and performing well against big teams, but loosing to the likes of Cesena. You should find a alternative tactic to use against weaker opponents were you predict to dominate the game. Just a tip from a guy who has been playing this game manicly for years :)

@franzinge Thanks man, I appreciate your advice a lot. I changed my formation to 4-4-2 diamond (will mention it in the december episode) and now there is no problem with possession but we are still very inconsistent in games against weaker opponents (especially in the serie a). I have different approaches for different opponents, but sometimes I'm wrong or not patient enough, I open up to much and we concede goals.

@xxJizzBAGGxx I'm sorry guys, I know I started out as cod commentator but once I got on MachinimaSports the sports commentaries got me hooked and with FM 2011 I think I might have found a game that I really like and might play for a long time. I just got tired of Mw2 and the whole pressure of getting the best score possible (maybe I wasn't such a good cod player) and I never played Black Ops because it doesn't run on my PC properly and I don't want to spend 250$ just so Black Ops runs smoothly.
