hahaha, my home venue. oh what a show this was. whats all this shit about not talking during a phish show ???? it's a phamily affair bro....it's all part of it. everything is everything....david bowie was INSANE this show !
there are appropriate times to speak at a show. before the band is onstage, setbreak & after the encore. i did most of the 2nd leg and twice i had to ask loud obnoxious idiots to stop talking. i didn't want to, but i had to.
You people complaining about the talking are ignorant. It's a CONCERT, a social gathering do you honestly expect there to be no talking/socializing going on in the crowd???? A huge chunk of the fans are on drugs or drunk. That mind set always induces talking. I've never been to a show where it was dead quiet the whole time minus the music. Get the stick out of your asses and deal with it. Or just don't go if you can't deal with it.

WOW Lot a Phish noobs. The show was very short compared to last nights in Conn. Good Bathtub, Golgi and Sparkle. Great Drowned jam with the fireworks and glowstick wars. Just a little short for the 6 hour drive. The talking was ridiculous though.
My wife's first Phish show! Wish the camera had been a little to the right, we were over there during this song. Went down underneath after the sun went down.
I can't believe how many people paid $60 for a ticket just to go and hang out and talk on the lawn. I don't ever remember this much talking at shows. Drives me nuts!!
YES! I was at shoreline on the lawn close to the front.... and it was the same thing. During the new tunes, it was hard to hear the band.... So much talking going on around me... it was lame
i was on the lawn , paid 25 dollars , drove 18 hours total, jammed so hard , with plenty of room to get down and funky, and highly enjoyed my lawn seat ~ as i puffed on my many headie joints and chillums stuffed with hash ~ what i can't believe however is that you can see this video and look past the fact that people where loving themselves enjoying phish , and all you can think about is . . . well . . . not music ! go listen to nickleback with all the other poor attitude freaks '
bud, I don't care how far you drove, how much you paid for tix, or what drugs you smoked. all I care about is going to shows and being able to actually hear Phish. i don't need or want to listen to anything else. As for this video, please don't deny the obvious talking/socializing taking place. Luckily, this is on the back of the lawn away from most of the folks like me. I'm not alone on my thoughts--read some of the other posts.
all that standing around really pisses me off....I hate being the only crazy dancer in my area.
