  • This happened to me twice during military training and it turns out I had been wearing the wrong type of trainers for almost a year plus realy overdoing the running. After a gait analysis, new trainers, physio and a few weeks rest it was fine. 

  • love your approach to the problem, makes a lot more sense then what other doctors said!! still trying to get around the no stretching thing, but i'm pretty convinced by your explanation! :) off to try to find WHY it is happening, thanks a lot! massive morale boost!
