I think Morello use a EQ pedal to just boost the sound for noise that are usually quiet.

You can easily find noise suppressors on eBay (a very small piece of electronic circuit which fits into your guitar's electronics "room")

yo man, god job. for anyone whos wondering. to volume knobs, one switched to 10, the other 0. use an 11 box if uv gt one. Use distortion pedal and if youve got one, use ur digitech whammy to harmonize a fifth effect.
