I think for Portal 3 they should do that thing that the computer said could have happend where an animal king take over and you have to take the world back! ORRRRR you could be a guy, in a different dimension where Aperture laboratories is there, but its different cause its adifferent dimension, and instead of white, it could be black..and STUFF.

well its not exactly the mainframe that corrupts the cores. the cores corrupt themselves so to speak because they become overwhelmed by the incredible power and cant help but to abuse it. they have too much human pesonality and that was Wheatley's achillies heel. sucks that Wheatley went bad though :(
