Will we ever see people who employ black people. I live in England and when UPS came to set up its business here I managed to get a job in Personnel where I was told by an American Expat that the company does not employ African Americans. MR OBAMA an eductation is not going to do it, you have to understand that there are many companies, institutions who go out of their way NOT to employ black. So do something special for them or nothing will have changed by the end of your two terms for blacks!
