Kingkaga, leop, and anyone else on that topic: nevan Is the closest thing to darkness that Dante can use as a weapon, doppleganger IS darkness but that's an ability. The closest thing u can get to using dark power in this game is when u play as Vergil and use Yamato since he's a darkslayer and such

Harinice1 Actually Agni is also japenese/Chinese (I think either or) and rudra is japenese/Chinese for wind so yeah they were going on that cause ya know japenese game, made in those regions. Also some parts of Chinese are apart of Hinduism so yeah that would explain it

agni(goddess of fire) is fire but the wind sword should actually be named Vayu(god of wind) since rudra(god of destruction).

That's why the chamber of Agni and Rudra is named Firestorm Chamber. :]

Angi is Fire, Rudra is wind. Think about it- the special firestorm moves and stuff, if you combined fire and ice, would you get a fire tornato?, naa you'd get a puddle of hot water to throw at dante XD
