This vid is good at showing how much bigger Dallas is than the average sprinter. I think Olympic trials are going on now-bet DR won't have ANY trouble qualifying! Hope we'll be rooting for you soon in Beijing, Dallas!
whey protein is basically a must for all athletes so that's out of the question and creatine idk depends on the athlete whether they want to or not its suggested that athletes do hope this helped even thought i'm not the D Robinson lmao
Good luck -- I'll be rooting for you. Yours seems like the real thing -- a real dream, real guts, real talent. I hope it comes true. A fan in Dallas for Dallas
You obviously have great strength and speed. There's no doubt about that. But maximizing that strength and speed more efficiently in the first 20-30 meters of your 60/100 meter races is going to become critical as you begin the Outdoor season and the Oly trials approach. Everyone at the elite level, which you are on the cusp of, have great physical abilities. But, it is the ones that can apply it the most efficiently over the course of an entire race that end up being the best.
Thanks.. I agree. I am a little rough at the start. It's 1000% better then just a few months ago though. I will continue to work on it as the season progresses. I think with corrections and better efficiency I should hit 6.5x's
hi, i am 6'5 and am wondering what i can do to improve out of the blocks and a bit of top end speed. any suggestions? 17 yr. btw.

Do you do any special work for your gluts? Just wondering, as it seems to me they'd be key in helping you out of the block faster.
