At 5:01 was funny how he gave that surprised sound. When I first saw this episode, and seeing him holding three cards, I thought maybe he was stepping out his door to mail christmas cards to Irma, Rupert, and Hubert. Then when he was sliding all three cards through his mail slot, I thought the postman brought them in his room but he wanted to see them on the floor next to his door. Then after he made that surprised sound at 5:01 and seeing the row of self sent cards at 5:10, I laughed.

I guess maybe when they were doing rehearsals, the director gave them permission to laugh but, when filming, the director probably told them to control their laughs or, probably during rehearsals everyone laughed but, when filming, they all were able to control their laughs since they new what funny thing Mr. Bean was going to do next.
