I'm pretty sure Mega 64 has "funds" as well for them to be able to make videos without having a second job they might not have as many people, but the RT crew is usually so spread out in projects it doesn't matter. Also, the animated adventures as well as this are made by a single animator(JayOrDan and Max Gilardi respectively).
