This is the year Daniels voice started to go to crap. With his voice seemed to go his passion and IMO that is why the crowd isn't into it that much. Watch some of Silverchairs shows from 1999-2001. They rock hard. Hell they don't even play most of their older better music live these days cause Daniel can't sing it worth a crap anymore.

i couldn't agree with you more but you forget he sound a fucking amazing when he did the dissociatives. i think his voice went away after the wave aid concert. after that there's no trace of the old johns but with people still telling him he sounds like jesus he'll never get help to recover his voice. but in this performance he was drunk as hell
