@magnifyingmary actually... it's a duo-fiber stippling brush with multiple uses, one being "stippling". and yes, u can swirl it around, it provides a lighter, more blended application than compared to a traditional flat foundation brush or a full-faced powder brush. thanks for your input. ;)

Is this foundation good for oily skin?

@poohbearxo0o i have combination skin, i'm assuming since it stays pretty matte even without powder, it might work well for oily skin. if it doesn't, you can always return it! :)
