Yes, it is a wye. It is located in Hazleton, west of the old station site. I believe there are now buildings in the foreground which block the view from the parking lot where I took the video from.
Beautifully done! I can't believe the condition of the track around 1:00-3:00 mins. at the mine. How they could keep this tonnage off the ground is amazing.

@amk1786 I love ALCOs too, but those aren't ALCOS. They are ex-CR U23B's made by GE. And the purple thingy is a CF-7
