@djvinnie112 Actually, not really. In a given gear, the engine speed is proportional to the car's speed. If the car tops out at 8k rpm in top gear, just double the speed the car is going at 4k.

I think the numbers seem about right.

It's around 275kph i'd say, or very close to that... Obviously a well modified engine, but the max speed on the 7200rpm std rev limit in 5th (for a uk version) is 164mph IIRC, which is 262kph... so a raised rev limit and power around 300-350bhp should see an s13 to around 280kph.

i have a BOV blowing into the atmosphere and i don't have these issues. anyway, do you guys (i mean, the owner of this car) realize how bad is to just drop off throttle after going at WOT? it just releases any oil pressure and literally it gets fried as soon as it stops running through the turbo and other parts that probably are at 500+ºC after this long pull

RPM went to zero because he probably runs a BOV that releases into ATM, Itl stall if you go from WOT to neutral, he put it back into fifth and it jump started the car again, shit gets annoying.
