Why only walk the streets of Harlem for your experiment? Why not walk the streets of Midtown, Soho, or Lower Manhattan to prove or disprove your experiment? Soho would be a great location because you have all peoples from around the globe shopping and working there in which you can get a larger pool of responses or dialogue from people.

The only Africans that were sold by other Africans were ones that were taken as prisoners from war, they were not kidnapped by their "own" - and this was only after the Portuguese introduced the Atlantic Slave Trade. I might add that the Zulus weren't running around "slaughtering each other" it's known as conquering. The Zulu Empire was a totalitarian society that absorbed smaller clans that were left over once the Mthethwa Paramountcy essentially dissolved. ---

If it is something you are interested in, I'd suggest reading a few books covering some of it: The Washing of the Spears, The Wretched of the Earth, Things Fall Apart, and a number of books by Kevin Shillington or Christopher Ehret.

@eepnoid I guess I missed that point, with him having the sign that says "white people DO NOT smell like wet dog". So his whole point was to actually encourage stereotypes...why? Is that his "artistic expression"?...covering his face in white, putting on a stupid sign, and walking around talking about how white people don't smell like wet dogs and horse urine? I'm sure there are better ways for encouraging stereotypes and/or making fun of people.

I don't know if this is you or not, but it's extremely egotistical to say you're the best artist of all time. While I can understand what you were trying for in this video, you seemed like you had just thought up the basic idea and jumped right into it.
You sounded like you didn't actually know what you were doing it for, or hadn't thought up any well reasoned arguments for your case.
The video is only saved by the man at the end, who actually sounds passionate about what he's saying.
