Christians live their lives for christ, that is at the core of their beliefs. And my point is that most religions do go hand-in-hand with morality which is basically the core of several religions features. It's interesting to see that CoS probably planted some of thier people in the crowd. This was before youtube so they probably never realized someone could recognize someone from the audience as a scientologist.

I want anybody who reads this to go to xenutv dot com and take a look what has happened to this poor man lately. Heber was a very compassionate and likable man within the church, and is now a virtual prisoner of DM himself, cut off from all family and friends. You will learn from reading the articles, this is what $cientology does to its' own members after they are declared SP.

yeah dudes maybe scientology is a cult but i fail to see how there's any real difference between a cult and a religion. The thing i dont understand about some of the arguments is that, if people pay and do get help while others pay and it doesnt work out, then why is the attack that it's a fraud or 'wrong' in some way? my opinion is that it's an investment and investments go wrong. Brainwashed or not, the advocates of scientology have some reason to be into it, so good for them.

I like how the president of Scientology admits that they charge for auditing sessions. In my Intro to World Religions class, my teacher was nuts and kept claiming Scientology is a religion, not a cult, and that they don't charge for auditing sessions. She was always defending it and flunked people who did their final project on Scientology and cast it in a negative light. But, according to her, she is "not a Scientologist."

@poppler1234 you dont have to pay if you go to lower level auditors. it works the same as psychiatry, i mean, you pay 50 bucks an hour for a local counsellor (cheapest) and keep going up, the better the analyzer. however, there's no counselling that's free.

One of the "stars" at the church here is a bass player named Mel - "he's so great, he used to play with Edgar Winter, Chick Corea, Dave Pomerantz...he's toured the world with those guys!". Sounds more like freemasonry, just doing favors because of who you know, necessarily being a great musician, just meeting other Scientologists and riding coat-tails. I'd like to meet anyone who was born into Scientology in the mid 1950's and is still a lifelong Sci after 50-55 years. Are there any?

I'm not here to defend any religion but to say Scientology is less dangerous then the others is a bogus statement. I have studied countless cases of the dealings of Co$ and have many more to go through and I can tell you now if you are one you will know of the shady dealings of the Co$ if you are not a Scientologist then I suggest you read authentic case studies and claims against the Co$. Neither Islam nor any of the others have penetrated the US government to such a extreme depth - Fact.

At the 58 second mark there is a guy shown in the audience close up for just a brief moment. If you watch some of the other videos on scientology you will see that he is a high ranking person in the CoS. He has been at some of the pickets and even argued with some of the picketers. It's interesting to see that CoS probably planted some of thier people in the crowd. This was before youtube so they probably never realized someone could recognize someone from the audience as a scientologist.

I began doing some research on them, and have been astounded by their rabid, frothing, money grubbing tactics. After posting my new found perception of scientology on a couple different vids, I have a couple scientologists chasing me around youtube. It's incredible and they have made an enemy out of me.

My friend takes anti-depressants and anti-psychotics and he was very different and ill and certainly not functional with out them. I know many people with similar problems and similar stories. Psychiatrists do nothing to help people? My grandmother was in the mental hospital because she was having auditory hallucinations and believed people were out to get her. After she started taking anti-psychotics, she is completely back to normal and acting like her old self. You obviously don't know anyone who has had a serious mental illness, otherwise you would not be saying such ridiculously ignorant things.

1st time I saw this Heber infuriated me. I thought he seemed malicious and it was pretty evident he enjoyed controlling ppl. Now Miscavige has supposedly sentenced him to the RPF.
