Colin Dann created Lady Blue, but I'm pretty sure he didn't name her (she was nameless in Fox's Feud).

Yeah, she was in Fox's Feud but her role was very minor and she was unnamed. They expanded her role and her character a lot in the TV series.

great. i just watched some episodes earlier and thought that sweeney todd would suit very well. because of the very british accent and lady blue reminded me of lovett. *lol* cool idea, really ;)
