That is from Waxworks II, which is actually a pretty cool movie. It parodies a bunch of different horror movies such as Alien, Dawn of the Dead, Godzilla, and even has a little bit of Bruce Campbell in it.

Nightbreed. It's a pretty cool movie by Clive Barker. There's only one version on DVD though, but it's not bad.

Thanks! The picture quality isn't as good on this compared to the original for some reason, but I couldn't use the original because it had a 7 second clip from "Slither" and NBC Universal got bent out of shape.
