Hypnosis is a natural state, when you learn about hypnosis you will learn much. It may seem bizzare to be suggestable, but really that is what advertising is all about. Hypnosis as trance can also be healing, as used by doctors. Many other aspects of hypnosis are valuable, fun and healthy. Don't dismiss what you do nit understand. Go to a library or google books and learn more - you will be happy you did.

To be frank, your belief isn't required. Hypnosis is not something supernatural, it's science. You go into a similar type of trance to the one they were just experiencing every single time you're about to fall asleep.

You also very likely go into trances every time you drive, shake someone's hand, or just do something routine in a repetitive fashion. Or here's a real kicker for you.

Everytime you watch tv. As ClinicalHypnosis says, you are suggestible to some extent, just like everyone else.

Richard is a very well known Stage Hypnotist as well as John. Both are experts at Instant and Rapid Inductions. This is a very real thing and easy to do if you know how they actually work.

Are you asking if this is fake, if so, no. Hypnosis is very real. Just remember people go to different levels and it is not sleep, so some come out with amnesia and remember nothing of being hypnotised, most clearly hear the hypnotist talking to them, and later wonder if they were indeed hypnotised, some say that they were aware but felt compelled to follow the suggestions given to them. Everyone is different in the way they respond, and hypnotist will work with this to get the desired result.

usually when I get hypnotized I can hear everything around me and remember everything yet I feel somehow I have to follow every suggestion my hypnotist gives me which in my case is my brother lol.
