I just didn't think she'd go Rihanna/Katy Perry. It's Unfortunate but atleast she stayed Consistant for 4 or 5 albums before doing this. There's only "so much" you can do with Alternative rock music before everything begins sounding interchangeable, Unless she went country or something more like The Corrs.

She doesn't want to tour for years at a time anymore or have the fame that she once had. She purposely makes it so that her albums don't do that well to avoid the drama, the craziness and the bullshit that comes along with being as famous as she was with JLP.

I think her new cd is her best cd yet. Lotsa people keep saying they don't understand what she's feeling. The album mainly starts off sad with songs about her break up and her starting again. It the changes to songs more about moving on and learning from the experience and becoming comfortable in her own skin. I love it, it matches where I am in my life right now.

I have to agree. Jagged was written when she was so young, the songs are still great, but songs like Ironic really are so juvenile. Supposed is far more complex. She learns and grows with each album. this is clearly no exception. move on and grow with her.
