damn, thats tight. big ol screen right in the front of ur bed. have you tried it downstairs on a bigger wall to see how big it can go before it starts to loose its quality. god, lookn at these huge pictures makes my 40" brav look like a small monitor lol
hi m8, according to the optoma image calculator you will get about a 56 " screen from that distance, if you can stretch that a bit to 10-12 feet away you will get roughly 85"-90" screen size which is much better believe me! good luck with it m8. if your buying one you wont be dissapointed i love it and spend a lot of my spare time watching it . brad...
its got everything to do with the camera guys. i filmed it using my n95 so its not the best. the vertical bands moving up and down the image is the 95,s camera not on the image in real life. its def not rainbows they are a different thing altogether more like a flash of colour with quick head movements.
Yep, but we are all still raving about it because we're all sightless gimps and optima pays us all to overlook this fact. The rainbow effect couldn't possibly have anything to do with the video camera used to record this.
hi oveere , the projector was £500 and the screen was half price with the pj so £50 for that and blu ray player was £250 and roughly £80 for a phillips old school cinema surround av amp . cant tell you what ive spent on the pc probly far too much lol the 22" monitor was about £150 at the time
thanks tuckf, i got my blu ray as well and your right its awsome on this projector! will be posting some new video with the sony s550 playing on it soon. glad your enjoying it as much as me m8!
hello, very good choice on the projector..... if I may say... not that I can judge good from a youtube vid. but your projector needs some calibration... it seems a little too vivid try too lower the light output and increase your contrast just a bid..... I see that you have a thx star wars dvd ... try the thx optimizer its extremely basic but it should help ... cheers
its an 84" screen m8 manual pull down type, but you can use an electric one as the hd65 has a 12v trigger which will make the screen come down when u put the projector on which would be very cool!
do you still have this projector ?
