  • OMG MY LASTT NAME IS GERGEN its pernounce gergen not jerjen

  • David Gergen participates in mock human sacrifices at Bohemian Grove

look up his interview with Alex Jones, he absolutely cant deny it

Of course he doesnt tell the truth. He participates in the Cremation of Care ceremony so he doesn't feel guilty for lying to you all day and making you believe crap so you vote for their puppets.

  • "David Gergen tells the truth...." ROFLMAO, that's a good one. Let's hear Gergen tell the truth about Bohemian Grove!!!!

  • Well, we americans are the most ignorant people in modern times and smartest too. As long as we keep talking about race, the media, we all etc..then of course the concept of race will always be a subject of discussion. The only way to end this is to STOP TALKING ABOUT IT!IT's THAT EASY!

  • THAT WAS WRITTEN by one of the smartest Americans (all colors included).

    Booker T Washington.

  • Yea, don't love Booker T. Washington because if it were for him we will still be under Jim Crow. He believed that black people should not fight for equality but simply take an approach where they simply deal with it.

Of course that would make a better world wouldn't it.

  • Yes everyone would be better off. The blacks that are doing well are the ones that are responsible and didn't fall for the Liberal BS or Sharpton and Jacksons keeping them on the plantation.

  • Oh boy, I thought that I was about to have an intelligent conversation but you come with the usual lies and ignorant rhetoric.

Now before I continue with this convo...where do I fall in your above analysis?

  • @PORTUGAL1010 Ok, are you suggesting that 5% of blacks who voted Republican are the only ones that are doing well and don't fall the liberal bs? So 95% blacks are lazy, dependant, poor, and angry and want to be slaves.

  • @LoveTruth86 Those are the kind of people many conservatives like: the blacks who don't complain about racism, the ones who don't cause racial consternation, or who challenge the status quo, or use the "race card", or are dependent on the government or who want the government to have a role in economic prosperity.

  • "There is another class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs -- partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs..CONT:

  • CONT:

.There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who do not want the patient to get well, because as long as the disease holds out they have not only an easy means of making a living, but also an easy medium through which to make themselves prominent before the public."

  • "The man who loves other countries as much as his own stands on a level with the man who loves other women as much as he loves his own wife." -

    Theodore Roosevelt

  • Obama went to a racist church, had a racist pastor who gave an award to a racist Louis Farrakhan.

    Obama said "Typical White People".

It looks like Obama is the one who is the racist.

  • Typical means average. Yes in the 1950's the average or typical white person harbored racist and negative feelings towards blacks. Guess what, whites do that today-Maybe blacks have an image problem. Calling Obama racist for saying that is a cop out and excuses white racism. I'm sure McCain has been around Senators and white people and have used racist jokes and stories at country clubs and has condemned them-you hope. GWBush campaigned at Bob Jones university a place that practiced segregation.

  • I would like to know if Obama plans to play the race card throughout his entire presidency or when he gets in a jam with foreign leaders.

  • John McCain is to old

    He crashed to many planes

He was at the bottom of his class

Did they say that his skin was to pale to be president.

  • This whole conversation only plays into Barack's political campaign. Obama is trying to make anyone who is against him to have racist undertones to them so he can discredit him.

  • this is your "war hero, and american savior (who by the way was born outside the U.S in a country called Panama)... NOT!"

watch?v=_mLi49bZxu4&NR=1 Do you like your current economic crisis? do you like loosing your job and property? do you like gas prices right now??

IF YOU LIKED BUSH, THEN YOU WILL LOVE MCCAIN!

  • The most boring video I've ever watched. Give these people bongo drums and kick 'em to the curb.

  • I've had a lot of respect for David Gergen, but these comments were egregious & insulting. He hurts his credibility when he starts seeing racism in every critical remark against Obama. This kind of paranoid rhetoric does not help move the debate forward!

  • McCain's recent ads have absolutely no substance and essentially play to the crowd that looks at Obama and says, "Who does he think he is?" If you don't know people like that, let me tell you, those people's main issue is his race. Regardless of whether McCain himself is a racist (and I don't actually think he is), his new ads are an appeal to racists and xenophobes. Period.

  • I am probably one of those people who ask the same question. Who does Barack think he is. He parades around the entire world as if he has already won the presidency even before he was officially nominated. Its not because I'm a racist its because I have never seen a guy that has done that before.

  • Point well taken, but I think the race baiting charge is a gross over-generalization. You are right that some, sadly, view anything said about Obama through the prism of race. Most people, however, saw this as an awkwardly humorous ad poking fun at Obama's over confidence & "rockstar" treatment. Both David Letterman and the NYT's Maureen Dowd made similar observations. I doubt they are conservative or racist. I doubt those motivated by race will be swayed for/against Obama based on this ad.

  • But what overconfidence? Anyone who wants to run for president has an ego. And until recently McCain was a media darling himself. So this attempt to cast himself as the "everyman" candidate is disingenuous at the very least, but understandable. What's disturbing to me is the undercurrent that goes with saying "I'm like you, I'm qualified. Obama is not." I think we'll just have to agree to disagree on this point, but I'm glad we could do so without the usual internet flamethrowing.

  • In a way you are right, but you cannot ignore subtleness of racial overtones. Gergen has been a presidential adviser to both parties. Paraniod rhetoric? Man it is the truth, I've heard people in my neighborhood say the same stuff about Obama, so its not paranoid rhetoric! To deny that this country has a problem with race isn't going to help move the debate forward. Race is a scare on a pretty face that has to be covered up by make-up, but it is still there underneath the make-up!

  • I'm thinking it's kind of silly to think the Mccain ad had anything to do with any sexual overtones. and I'm an Obama supporter

  • Where did anything sexual come up in this video?

  • nothing sexual did cum up. The possibilty of it is discussed towards the end of this vid. They are saying that some republicans believe that Mccain may have insuated that Barrack has a sexual prowess or attraction from Paris Hilton or Britney Spears. I think Britney is attracted to any man with money, but that's besides the point.

  • From there own imagination like the rest of the crap about supposed racism.

  • I like David Gergen. One of the very few in the media who doesn't kiss John McCain's ass on a minute by minute basis.

  • Gergen a conservatives who served under our last 6 elected presidents rarely talks nonsense. So, I find it interesting that he's expressing similar sentiments many from the south would agree with.

  • no gergen,McGeezer is using code words straight out of the ford-corker playbook of racism 2006.

  • Goooo.... Gergen!

  • It had been predicted, and it's happening: conservatives are now depicting Obama as not black enough!

  • George Will is ridiculous! McCain is the freaking elitist! He's always been wealthy. Obama worked hard to make it to the top. How dare he be smart when McCain was at the bottom of his class and crashed 5 different planes.

  • I'm not an Obama suppoter, but as a black man I can kind of indentify.I have a master's degree in teaching. I have worked my way up without handouts. I have been called uppity, condescending and arrogant by white parents. So I have faced racism like Obama. I don't cry about it or condemn all whites. Obama is damned if he do and damned if he doesn't. The price of being black in America. Obama needs to stay away from racial accusations or he'll lose! Don't look for racism, its already there.

  • he's very bold that gergen

  • Gergen ROCKS!

    As Always.

  • Gergen is great us usual. I"m always impressed with him. I'm a liberal and I'm surprised how he has been on Mccain's ass

  • winning over the anti racists hearts....The NWO is downright brilliant.
