is katsukon like otakon with a dealer room and stuff or is it just like people in cosplay performing? all i saw on youtube is people performing.

It has a bit of everything. Dances, LARP, AMV contests, skits, cosplay walk-ons, and this year they did the Maid Cafe for the first time.

Yeah, Katsucon has a dealer room, movies/television theaters, panels, and game rooms too. We're trying to get some more footage of that sort of thing, but a lot of our "saved favorited" videos from con goers shows that sort of stuff.
