if you google "Anime Convention" you can find a website that lists dates and locations for conventions.

it depends on the convention. Most conventions you can get in at your age, but there are some conventions that require you be 18 or over (like Yaoi con).

If you find a convention you're interested in, check out their website (they'll usually post stuff like that under rules or registration info)
