I've been very sick with different ailments for over a year now. Everytime something gets fixed, something else happens. I cannot get my life on track. I have short moments when I think I can get on with life and I think that I know what's going on, but I don't. It's confusing. I get knocked back and forth, from highs and lows. I doubted God, then I prayed to God and he fixed my stress somewhat, but it still feels like it's there, I don't know how long I can on like this. :'(
I would absolutely love for you to pray for me, because I am a fairly new student to God and I tend to drift from God a lot. I'm trying my best to create a deeper connection and peace with him, and I would love any prayer that I can get.

@crisscollins That is only an assumption. The Watchmaker Principle if you will. All the truth's you hold are based on having faith that they are true. If that is enough for you it is enough for me. I never understand why believers even feel the need to defend a belief. It defeats the principle you follow. Nothing challenges a personal truth unless you would question or abandon your truth. Jesus spent time in a desert ignoring such feelings. I question because I do not share your faith.

I believe that "the struggle' and perhaps the burden are not a bad thing to face. If you must chose to be brave and be noble in your quest, and face them as a champion. To take your best shot when you've only got one chance, to stand and do not look behind you, because there is no further behind to go....so you stand. The problem I find, is many would find the courage to stand, to be brave and go no further behind, if they had a little love and some friendship. It just takes a little. Thx

He was anointed as king and for years he suffered the most difficult times before he was crowned-he ran for his life-living in caves, hungry, dirty-even his wife was given to another man! Yet only in prayer was he strengthened. Try reading David: The Warrior king - a good biblical fiction on his life.

I've just turned 17, but when I was 13, I had to make the hardest decision of my life as well - to leave my mom, brother, sister, and the rest of my family and everything that I had loved to live with my father, whom I had hardly known, to a different state. I lived with him for 7 months - the hardest 7 months of my entire life.

Going through a divorce. we have a 2 year old. He left when I was pregnant and has done many disturbing things including saying he's thinking about loosing his rights to her. I've been very sick with different ailments for over a year now. Everytime something gets fixed, something else happens. I cannot get my life on track. I have short moments when I think I can get on with life and I think that I know what's going on, but I don't. It's confusing. I get knocked back and forth, from highs and lows. I doubted God, then I prayed to God and he fixed my stress somewhat, but it still feels like it's there, I don't know how long I can on like this. :'(

I never understand why believers even feel the need to defend a belief. It defeats the principle you follow. Nothing challenges a personal truth unless you would question or abandon your truth. Jesus spent time in a desert ignoring such feelings. I question because I do not share your faith.

I believe that "the struggle' and perhaps the burden are not a bad thing to face. If you must chose to be brave and be noble in your quest, and face them as a champion. To take your best shot when you've only got one chance, to stand and do not look behind you, because there is no further behind to go....so you stand. (A course designed by Christians to teach Christian fundamentals.) So yeah you have your opinions and I have mine. Of course my opinion is more logical and rational, but hey no one is judging. Except maybe God, if he exists.

I've just turned 17, but when I was 13, I had to make the hardest decision of my life as well - to leave my mom, brother, sister, and the rest of my family and everything that I had loved to live with my father, whom I had hardly known, to a different state. I lived with him for 7 months - the hardest 7 months of my entire life.

My prayer isn't as serious as most others, but it's still a prayer...
I've undergone many trials and tribulations in the past year when it comes to creating relationships with people. Many of them have come to a violent ending, unfortunately. Now, I am posed with another potential opportunity and am afraid this one will end up like the rest. I hope you will pray for me as I venture again into my own heart and soul, in an attempt to find hers.

Thanks you so much for doing these short movies about how to become and being a good Christian. What you offer is very relevant to today's issues. I will pray for you Mark. In addition, I humbly ask that you pray for my family; for our marriage in particular (which is going through rough times), and our son who has autism. Our daughter also needs prayers to keep practicing her faith and know that she is as loved as her brother.

Hi Mark. I cannot relate to going to church, but I can relate to your passages.
I feel on my own in life and I have asked God for companionship. If not physically with a wife, then through his word, and sometimes I just feel so alone.
please pray for me, because I want to enjoy my life and not be burdened by negative thoughts and fears. its just really hard sometimes.
Especially when you have been on your own all your life.

Hey, I`m 14, and I lost my father last year, and he had a really good relationship with christ, so does my mom, and I would like very much to completely believe, but I`m struggling just a little. I feel that deep down, i know God exsists, because there are so many complex universes and systems in exsistance, but I find myself doubting sometimes. I`m not sure if I`m just confused because I`m young, or if Ive been surrounded by people who doubt, but i would like to be a student, please pray for me

@TheSchoolsux345 Don't just sit around...Try hard, research..for the truth. There's nothing wrong with that. I felt the same thing..but my father didn't die, i was disowned by my own family.. i really did find peace when i came across Islam. There is nothing like it. Regardless of what you hear on the news...or what people say, if you read and learn, you'll know the truth.

Mark, you have really been a friend to me without you even being aware of it. You are real brother in Christ. I pray that God continues to bless you just as he's blessing me through your encouraging words. Im going through some trying times, but I refuse to let the enemy put the spirit of fear into my heart. Going through a divorce. we have a 2 year old. He left when I was pregnant and has done many disturbing things including saying he's thinking about loosing his rights to her. She cries whenever shes going with him. Also we are still married because he always changes his mind on the agreement we write up. This is costing me alot in lawyers fees. Could you pray for my childs protection, my finances, that his gfriend would stop causing problems, and for him to sign the papers. Ineed peace. thankyou

Mark thank you so much! Going through divorce with 2 small children and a lot of drama and pain! God is showing himself strong on my behalf. We all still involved in church and persuing the Lord! I do have health problems and in trusting my Father I am doing more things that I "thought" I would never do!! I am getting involved in things I would NEVER imagine I could! Mark, I do ask for your prayers for my husband Greg and I. First for strength in my faith, and second that my awesome husband will surrender his life over to Jesus. That he and I will walk intimately together with Christ. I pray for you everyday. The Lord has brought me what I needed to hear thru you each and everytime I have cried out to Him.
