Its really sad thing such a gifted pianist and song writer succumb to such a terrible disease. Its sad he had to play with fire to many times . He was at exactly the wrong time, wrong place and wrong people. Destiny is written in the stars. Freddie shone bright but he was destined a tragic life style due to love for excess. A record producer warned him from going to New york. As their was a new virus in the gay community. The record producer said dont go to New york and sleep around in the gay commnuity. During the hotel room session a lot of groupies were in the hotel and he had intercourse with them. I dont know why he died such a painful death. 4 years of continuous suffering. What did he do to deserve such bad karma i dont know

No no... he wasn't gay... he was bisexual, and not only in 70's he had sex with women, remember Barbara Valentine, he was very close to her in 80's and they defo slept together on more than one occasion, but after he found out that he has AIDS he only was with his partner Tim, till the last breath....
