In reality: Richard Dean Anderson has been a bit lazy, not acting as much as he used to.

In the show: O'Neill is a General now, so he sits on his backside most of the time these days, instead of being out in the field :P

@tarynpotter Being a "bit lazy" is not the same as being completely lazy. I know full well the real life reasons for why he's not acting as much anymore, and I understand completely. My previous post was as a response as to why O'Neill suddenly wasn't as slim as he was while leading SG-1.

So please, ease off on your attacks. I never said Richard Dean Anderson is a bad actor.
