@rabfs its 5ft tall and the base is about 5inches by 8inches, its pretty good, its a decent size

Just a heads up, a helper crane is nice, but just an fyi you can self assemble all the boom with the gantry as well. Also i think it was only on frame but you usually have to leave the main blocks on the ground until your above 45 degrees, depending on the boom and luffer configuration. Only mentioned it cause it looked like you were going for authenticity.
