If all of them get united and start keeping beard or maintaining hijab then imagine, 1 out of every 5 people in this world would look like a Muslim. When using and changing between Arabic and English if one were to say "JazakAllah, lets go to the store." That would mean May Allah reward, lets go to the store. Even Allah says in the qur'an "Ashu-salaamu baynakum" (Spread the salaams amongst yourselves) Also do you know that if a person just says jazakAllah one should only say wa iyakum. If you were to say jazakAllahumma khairan I would have replied wa iyakum jazak because I would like Allah to reward you with good but if I don't know the khairan is added, then how would I respond?
