The righteous dead are resurrected on the earth when Jesus returns the second time and then they taken up to heaven (they are not in heaven now). The wicked dead are resurrected at the third coming of Jesus, at the end of the millenium then destroyed (they are not in hell now; hell is not an actual place). The hell as a place theory is Satanic in origin, it exists in all the occult beliefs including Catholicism and Islam and apostate Christianity.

A good part of the Visions of Hell (and Heaven and the Lake of Fire) are, indeed, from GOD. We have His Holy Scriptures that declare of Hell. And, GOD wants us to take His Scriptures in Faith. But, HE also sees that MANY, MANY people, including those of the Church, do not really understand what Hell is like. For, some teach that YAHUSHUA's (JESUS') account of Hell in the Bible is mere "symbolism". So, HE gives people the Visions of Hell to see it as it REALLY IS. And then to tell others as well!

I agree with you Monte- God wants people to know there is a hell and those experiences are to warn us. Satan disguises himself as a being of light to trick unbelievers and to keep them in deception. God allows it because He just gives people what they want based on their free will. God will be to us what we believe. If we don't want the truth then He turns us over to what we want to believe. (2 Thes 2:11). It is His mercy and grace and intercessory prayers that can break off the delusion.

I think this kind of view on NDE is paranoid. Angels and demons projecting images and experiences to people? It's like hijacking their experiences with christianity! Yes God is a reality, not a religion. Religion is man's way of trying to get in contact with God. God is a spirit, so those who worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Example, The law of gravity is still ever present, whether you believe in science or not. But the fact is, the existence of gravity is not limited to the subject of science. What I mean is gravity is simply a reality in general, science or no science. The same can be said about religion and God.

I was saying that Satan shows unbelievers a positive NDE for the simple purpose of winning them over to new age. You've heard of people seeing a great white light, while in a NDE state, that sometimes is a angel of light, or a dead relatives welcoming them into the light. I Remember a woman telling me that, while in a NDE state, that an angel of light told her that God accepts all religions of all cultures and people's, and they are all gate ways into heaven.
