india has the largest education population in the world, also the largest english speaking people. "out of india theory" is interesting that aryans ventured out of india into middle east and europe.

India is not the world's oldest democracy. It is arguably the first democracy (aprox. 600 BCE REGIONS of India were democratic)but there has been a long intervening period of non-democratic rule in India. India was only declared independent in 1947... not exactly the oldest democracy.
