@ModernBiologyStudies I've had those in the past, theyre called "milia". Like other people said you have to get them zapped off with a needle thing. Or do what i did, get a sterilized needle and scratch the area so the skin thins and you can push the milia out. Ok ok its slightly risky and I dont recommend it, but I was impatient, and it worked on mine. :P But yeah see a doctor, they will do it for you. :D

@ModernBiologyStudies I read once that if you put too much cream under your eyes, eye creams and so on, you can get little bumps under the eyes. This area is very sensitive, and I guess the skin does not absorb liquids the same way as the rest of the face. I used to have little bumps myself so I always make sure not to put too much product under my eyes. Hope this helps : )
